Eml Motion Synchronizing???

Synchronizing??? - eml motion

I just downloaded a song from this site:

Now it is in Windows Media Player and try to sync my MP3 player. But do not function. They say he syncronizing but do not worry. Am I doing something wrong? The song sounds good. I try to take my computer/MP3.
